Joe’s career spans senior roles in government affairs and consulting, advising on compliance, procurement, and program development to improve outcomes and deliver value across the healthcare system.

She has led EVV implementation as a state payer, supported CMS certification efforts across multiple states, and helped providers and vendors navigate complex regulatory requirements. Kristy also brings deep experience in investigations, claims integrity, and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). At Arthur Health, she applies her practical, hands-on insight to strengthen eligibility controls, program design, and operational readiness for public payer organisations.
